Keep in mind the breech is on the side of the barrel and that hole is about a quarter inch I was able to press fit the new yellow funnel onto it with ease So, you could use an old failed white rubber spout cap with the small hole in it Maybe cram some polyethylene tubing [no plastisizer (sic) ] in the tubing from a hardware store and use it as a friction fit filling.
More comfortable with no cords hanging down getting caught on everything and more comfortable while in a vehicle because it takes up less space.
